Eggs Up Grill

"After just a month and a half in operation, it's evident that this establishment is still ironing out its flaws, but there's significant room for improvement. Despite having multiple locations, our experience was rather underwhelming. While a 45-minute wait for a table is expected on a busy Saturday brunch, the additional 15-20 minutes for drinks and the subsequent warning of another 45-minute wait for food were less than ideal. The servers seemed competent, yet it was apparent they were at the mercy of the kitchen staff, who appeared to lack both training and a sense of urgency. Management seemed lacking, and it's hoped they address these issues promptly. What should have been a 90-minute outing turned into a 3.5-hour ordeal, requiring considerable patience. The food quality was passable, but disappointingly, most items arrived cold despite the prolonged wait. Several items were also forgotten, and some toast ended up on the floor, with promises of replacements that never materialized. The need for better training and management is glaringly evident, and service is certainly not their strong suit. Overall, it's unlikely I'll return anytime soon or recommend it to others. "Highly recommend this place, I love their shrimp and grits omelette and pancakes. The service and servers have been amazing. Keke and Jenn, my servers are always amazing. Chris the manager was attentive to the customers and took care of my order himself, as well as ensuring the team stayed focused, and encouraging to the staff. As I watched from the bar the chef Henry was definitely a team player, and respectful. It’s 1:22 and they close at 2pm. Ive been here twice and will be back!! "An absolutely great little diner to stop in for breakfast or brunch. We had an early breakfast, and got there right before the crowd did. Food was cooked to perfection, pancakes were nice and fluffy, and eggs were done just right! The mochas they make in house were also excellent. Staff was friendly and polite, and made you feel welcome!."

"Maddy was an amazing server! Kitchen needs to learn to execute orders a little better. First try I watched my husband's order die at the pass while waiting for a medium rare steak and over easy eggs. So we paid for our drinks and left. They were very busy, so we tried again today. This time my husband's food arrived 10 minutes prior to mine. I do not mind waiting but do mind however receiving our orders that far apart. Manager was receptive of feedback and addressed the issues amazingly. The food was amazing! This place will be fantastic once it works out the few hiccups."

"I’m in love! We needed a quality breakfast place east of Nashville (come to Mt. Juliet next please.) I created my own omelette with sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Home fries and sourdough toast. I LOVE the atmosphere, it’s light, very clean and the staff is outgoing and lighthearted. Caleb was my server and he was a hoot and very knowledgeable about the menu. Bathrooms are clean, decor is adorable! I love the option to sit at the counter."
