"Let me start out by saying I have been to so many different salons my whole life and I have not once ever experienced such a friendly staff and very professional to. I have very long hair and it's really thick to so I have had some bad experiences with people not only messing up my hair but also being rude that they had to do my hair. You will not find that in this salon Maria the manger is amazing and so sweet! Angela is also amazing and very sweet. She took her time and straightened all my hair and it turned out beautiful. You will not regret booking your next appointment with either of these ladies."

"I tried to book online and the app didn’t work for the Oak Ridge Salon. Then I tried to call and the phone rang and rang about 10 times then went to voicemail with a message that said the voicemail is full. How does someone even get an appointment? The online appos work for the Turkey Creek salon but not for Oak Ridge. It’s like this entire city has been blocked from the 21st century. Moving here from Atlanta has been like stepping back in time to my childhood, but not in a good way"

"Lost my business on the first day. Please ignore the color... I did not go to this salon for color. I went for a trim, which I got.... But a very bad one. This has been my worst hair cut since I decided to give my self bangs in middle school. That being said.... I'm pretty sure I could have trimmed my own hair and got this exact look. Nothing is even! I'm not even sure thr stylist was looking at my hair when cutting. Why am I giving 2 stars instead of 1? The environment of the salon was nice, and the people working seemed nice."
