"This was my very first time going to this adorable salon! I cannot thank Jordan enough for helping me out after hours and going above and beyond to get me the perfect lash appointment I needed, tells me everything I need to know about her character as a business owner that she would kindly reply back to me so late on the weekend just to help! Next I want to give a massive shout out to Ami! I have been getting my lashes done religiously for the past 2 years. The lash tech I was using would not seem to listen to what I truly wanted and I never got the desired result. Ami gave me exactly what I wanted and even advised me what I may want that would be best! She was so wonderful and patient because I had to interrupt her work twice and she was so kind and polite to excuse me and pick right back up! Ami is super talented and has such a great personality! I don’t have enough good things to say about this amazing salon and its services! Do yourself a favor and check them out!"

"It was my first time coming to Vivify Salon and it will be my last. When I came in the person at the front desk barely wanted to speak to me and everyone was being really hostile. I was so uncomfortable and when I was taken back to the room the price suddenly changed from $125 to $150. When I made my appointment I clearly stated I wanted volume lashes and the receptionist told me it’s $125. I tired to explain what I was told when I made the appointment but they weren’t listening to me. She went to get her manager which is the owner Jordan and Jordan was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to ask if there was something wrong from how hostile they were acting. For $25 they lost a great customer I’m not sure if it’s because Im not white but I have never been made feel so horrible as a customer. I will just find somewhere else to get my lashes done. If I could give them zero stars I would."

"My friend gifted me a visit to this salon to get my eyelashes done for the first time ! Lindsay (hope I spelled this right) did my lashes! I just got the classics, but they were so pretty ! I was super happy with the job she had done . I just scheduled my second appointment with them! I have been feeling super confident and beautiful since getting them done! The process was relaxing, and the environment is so chill and clean! I highly recommend"
