“Finally a pleasant experience. Usually we a greeted with moody staff who don't look happy in there work. Last night they had a wonderful friendly manager on duty who was up beat happy in his work friendly, singing and all staff were happy in their work with a bounce in their step. “There was a queue of customers and a little wait. The staff acknowledged me and said they won't be long while getting other orders ready first. When my order was taken, I asked for a specific piece of chicken and got it. Some of the other branches don't do it. It was worth the wait.”
