“As a parent with an 18 month old, this place was ideal. Family friendly, fresh local craft beer on tap (jug of beer is the way to go). Service was great. Adult meals were delicious, kid meal disappeared down the hatch. Family had a wonderful time. Will definitely be returning. Edit: back here yet again. Can't be beat. Edit 2: Now we have a 4yo and 10mo. Our new addition enjoyed his time here too. This place is becoming a family legacy.”

“Fish and Chips isn't usually my go to fast food, maybe I get it a few times a year. Went to this store on a whim a while back and was very happy. It was that good quality of fish and chips that people look for but what had me come back a few times already was one of the owners, she was lovely, such a nice woman and yesterday I was served by the young guy that works there, he was just as nice as her. Their customer service is great and that's what has made them my go to.”

“Best Pizza in Town ! 10/10 We Went in today Easter weekend in afternoon about 2.30 pm for pizza hot chips and drinks with the family for the busy Easter weekend . Best pepperoni pizza ever tasted in NZ ! 10/10 complements to the chef so tasty and cooked to perfection . Jade the waitress was fantastic after having a very busy morning! She served us with a smile and such a friendly and welcoming feel to making our Easter weekend special ! such a breath of fresh air and definitely will be visiting again ! Both the chef and the service definitely need a decent pay rise that’s the kind of staff you need to keep your customers happy thanks so much for all your efforts 10/10 would highly recommend the GH in Papamoa!”

“Macdonalds in Papamoa always serve me a hotcakes breakfast with 2 sausage patties . As shown in the photo if you butter the pancakes and layer the patties in between the finished artwork is just mouthwatering!!! I Only recommend once a week though ! In the UK you can order as a breakfast hotcakes and sausage which is their standard breakfast menu. Shame it hasn't caught on here... Try it !”

“I tried their grilled beef taco as well as the chicken chipotle. Both were delicious! The tacos popped with flavour, and I found 2 the perfect medium snack size (not quite a meal). Their 3 for $15 special is enticing and great for a snack with more than 1 person. Tocayo's atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the staff are welcoming and enjoyable. I'll be back for sure!”

“A little hard to find as there is no direct parking to the entrance, and it probably wouldn't be advisable to take someone in a wheelchair as there is no good paths. Finally we found it and weren't disappointed as we entered. Very friendly staff, engaging and chatty, what I love. The seating was very comfortable and the place itself warm and inviting especially in such a windy day. We tried from the menu some familiar and new dishes and they didn't disappoint. Pork, duck and chicken with a birthday cocktail and glass of wine which went down well. We will be returning customers to try your $70pp menu.”

“We have just had a delicious meal at the Grill and Green, Papamoa. The calamari and chicken kebabs meals were so scrumptious. The portions are generous, with fresh salads and so well presented. Prices are reasonable and realistic. Definitely worth going back there again.”

“One of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had! Totally different style to basically everywhere else you could think of. The base is delicious… almost like a crumpet! So yum. Love the no frills vibe. Who needs extra fluff when you could have the best pizza ever. Grab a cold beer there while you’re at it!”
