She was so kind and helpful. She went through many different pairs of shoes, I felt bad that she had to go up on a lader to get a pair of shoes I liked. But she assured me it was okay and she didn't mind. She even looked out the back for a pair of shoes in my size and different colour. She was so patient, kind and caring. Excellent customer service.
