“I was in here the other week, looking for a white pair of shoes. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. I feel in love with them, they weren't white. I was served and helped by Chantelle. She was so kind and helpful. She went through many different pairs of shoes, I felt bad that she had to go up on a lader to get a pair of shoes I liked. But she assured me it was okay and she didn't mind. She even looked out the back for a pair of shoes in my size and different colour. She was so patient, kind and caring. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back again. I'll be asking if Chantelle is working, and if she can serve me. She was wonderful.”
