“This has been my go-to café in Chatswood for brunch as it's low-key and not too crowded but they serve great coffee and food. The plating of food is on point! They serve fantastic pastries too! I love their carrot cake.”

“Danny and CJ were great. Even managed to get the car back to me before the long weekend, they stayed back to get it done. Parts were delay due to worldwide shortage. This is out of their control. Service and professionalism was amazing. Workshop is well maintained and has a systematic approach in getting your car back to you. Keep up the good work”

“Fantastic suites. Lots of room for 2 to 3 adults. Extremely seldom contained. Mostly quiet except for early morning trucks on week days if you are sleeping in the living room. Beds are so comfortable. Only negative was: ordered 2 singles for adult son and myself. I got the king bed and he had to sleep on a single roll out bed. I would definitely recommend Silkari Suites.”

“Perfect location with a view. Spent a lazy Sunday here over coffee and food and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the slow cooked 12hr beef cheek roll and it was delicious. Only downside was the thick cut chips on the side which was bland and not tasty. The coffee is good here. On point and they do a mean ice coffee. Definitely a place to come back too”

“Unexpected hidden gem in Chatswood. The food we felt on the menu was not cheap but when we had the dishes served they were too cheap for the value. Defo to recommend signature crab Benedict.”

“This is a cute little spot to have breakfast or lunch while shopping. Surrounded by plants, it’s feels like a little oasis. The food was so yummy, the açai bowl was one of the best I’ve had. Service was good, only downside was that we weren’t asked what type of eggs for the breakfast plate so were given poached but they were cold. Despite this, everything was tasty though and the chorizo was really good too (something which we find can be a bit hit or miss so always happy when we get a good one). Generous portions, amazing coffee.”

“I've been here around 10 times now, so feel I can give a more well-rounded review than the once off visitors. The menu is Japanese inspired, but has a lot of the standard cafe offerings (all the breakfast staples, burgers, salads etc). Overall, food is delicious, other than the very first time I went which was their soft opening day, food has been amazing every time, definitely good quality ingredients are used. They use a slightly fruitier coffee bean (similar if you've been to Yougé outside) which isn't my favourite, but that's personal preference; the coffee is good. Staff are very friendly, which is why I find some of these other reviews curious, if not disingenuous. The noise complaints are an unfair penalty being given; if you are wanting a nice peaceful breakfast with no noise, I don't think any cafe inside a shopping centre is a wise choice. Overall I really enjoy coming to this cafe, it's a nice place to sit and read the news with some good food. I'll also note that (I assume temporarily) they've been having some different specials (all meals $10 for lunch, or free coffee with food purchase etc) for their opening, so if you're looking for good value, I'd give them a try sooner rather than later as one can assume these won't last.”

“Found this cafe occasionally and it becomes my favorite cafe in Chatswood now. The food is delicious and well decorated. The taste of coffee is the way I like. Staffs are always warm and friendly. Will keep visiting it :)”

I recently placed a large order for work catering, the manager (Taylor) and the team went over and above to ensure the food was made and delivered to satisfaction. “We went to get some food while we were doing the loop around the Lane Cove River (on a Sunday). Was pleasantly surprised to see some Asian dishes on the menu. I got the chicken teriyaki option (I THINK - I don't remember exactly what I got) and my friend got the pork option (sorry I forgot what exactly it was called either).”

“Great 'mom n pop' cafe, in the heart of Chatswood away from the hustle and bustle! Amazing front-of-house service, never forgets your coffee order and always asks you how you're doing. Been going there for 4 years now, have never had a complaint!”

“Great KBBQ place at Mandarin Centre Chatswood. Has all the favourite cuts of meat you'd expect, plus many other well prepared dishes. Very reasonably priced, no dining time limit, and fantastic service from the elderly couple who runs this place with care and dedication.”

“Woolworths is located upstairs opposite Chatswood train station gates. It's easy to grab things before/after work if you're catching a train. It is a clean store but is a bit small -almost like a cross between a Woolies Metro and a regular Woolworths. The staff are constantly replenishing stock and are helpful when you have questions”

“Love the great vibe with the feels of local Hong Kong authentic seating. Staff are very well mannered and polite, thus recommended us with the specials and afternoon tea set. The deep fried chicken soft bones was really a must try ! Crispy on outside and tender inside where we can really ate the soft bones. Unlike some other places, the soft bones were too hard to even chew. This is cooked perfectly well. I had the pork knuckle with peanut noodles soup was so tasty and the meat on the pork knuckle was so soft it just melt in my mouth. I used to come here for the cart noodles way before it changed management with my friends whom most all of them becoming mum and dad now. Time flies….”

“The Nest has a fitting name, nestled on the top level of Westfield Chatswood in what feels to be a loft like experience. You are surrounded by wood that is almost woven into the furniture. The food is sweet and the service is friendly and attentive. Coffee was delicious too.”
