The staff there are really good they know there stuff an are really willing to help an they have a really good price for delivery that shocked me i will be looking for a cooker and a washing machine soon an to save all the fuss i be going back there again 100% service here!!”

“Wonderful service! Ordered a new dishwasher online on Thursday, was told it would be delivered the next day. Sure enough it was delivered and fitted in less than half an hour on Friday. I did not have to do any hand washing up as the new dishwasher was good to go so quickly. Thank you to the two men who delivered and fitted it.”

“Credit where credit is due, went here to buy a laptop. Got approached shortly after entering by a lovely member of staff. She informed me should would send someone over to help me. A few minutes later a member of staff came over and asked me about what I was looking for. She then showed me some options & was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the laptop we settled on and so I bought it. She did offer insurance and security that I didn't need at the time but was not pushy. Just generally good customer service. I believe her name was Sarah-Beth? Possibly. Totally different to the experience I had in the Llanelli store the night before where I'd waited 45 minutes to be seen by someone and after seeing the staff stood in a circle on phones gave up and left. But that's for a different review!”

Prices were as competitive as Currys and they very kindly offered to deliver the same day! Free delivery and comparable cost to other stores to take away our old machine. Great customer service.
