“My usual exotic vet was unable to see my lizard so I rang charter, they were really helpful and advised that they aren’t exotic specialists but would be happy to take a look at my pet for me as Marcus had experience with some reptiles. The reception team were absolutely amazing, even going as far as ringing their other practice to see if they could save me a few minutes journey. Marcus was brilliant with my blue tongued skink, he handled him really well and put us both at ease. He spent a good while doing each check on him thoroughly and then advised me of possible causes to the small problem he’d been having. I would not hesitate to go here again with my skink, and even more so if I had a cat or dog. Thanks to Marcus and all the team.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for a few year and my ever changing prescription is always delivered on time and beside Covid-19 making getting some drugs challenging it's normally complete. “So much cheap fun. I think if you are not buying anything you should make a donation. It is a pet shop but it's a great place to have a look at some exotic animals. There is also funny back stories of the animals written on the cages. I think you can reasonably spend about 1.5 hours in there, so good for children. Tank, the massive tortoise is so cool”

The fish stock varies and you can almost always find something new to compliment your tank. Social distancing at the moment is taken into consideration so as everywhere else ensure you wear a mask.”

“I personally like this shop because how close it is to me but that they have decent prices not too expensive and not cheap but it's a good shop for lots of things if you want to buy. They also have a nice car park and a free ATM machine. You have a option of going to a self check out or to a lane. It's not very crowded but they don't have public toilets. But for me this is a good place to shop at.”
