“Very lovely park, good long walk much bigger than you would think. There are 2 lakes one with an island with geese, ducks and moorhens, bridges across too and lots of fish in the water. There is a playground, a football pitch and skateboard park also tennis courts, but the park is so big you dont have to pass these if you dont want to. There is a tearoom where you can get food and drink and toilets too. Plenty of benches to sit on. There is ample free parking on the road outside. Several entrances. Altogether delightful. However once again today there were dogs out of control, chasing squirrels and not responding to owners. Also dogs mess on paths not cleaned up, this according to the signs is a breach of the rules. Dogs should be kept on a lead and stick to the paths. I am a dog lover but this is anti-social behaviour.”

“We had a lovely day today with a yummy afternoon tea, followed by a hand/arm massage while sitting in the conservatory listening to the rain falling on the roof and relaxing music while in the rocker chairs. So relaxing! And the staff were so nice and friendly too. Thanks for a lovely day.”
