They picked my car up from my house and left me a lovely little fiesta (which I was secretly sad to give back). They kept me updated with progress to my car and wait times on parts, my car was then delivered back to me fixed and immaculately cleaned. Very happy with the service, I would definitely use them again! Thank you :)”

“We had a really good experience from Sam and Smithfield Motors when we purchased our Audi A6. Sam was accommodating and honest from when we first spoke to him about the car, and once we decided we wanted to move forward, Sam opened up on his day off which worked better for us given we had a couple of hours drive from Cambridgeshire. When we arrived, Sam really let us take our time, have a good look at the car, let us take it for a drive before eventually agreeing to buy. Fingers crossed we don’t have any issues with the car although if we do we’re really confident in Sam and being able to get in touch with him. “True story: whilst driving my car it started shuddering - thinking I had a flat I pulled over at the first opportunity which (thankfully) happened to be the entrance to this garage. Tyres seemed ok but I got out to put some air in with my little portable inflator... Jamie came over and I apologised explaining I'd be gone in a few minutes but he couldn't have been nicer about it- even though he was busy he straight away offered to do the tyres with his compressor and when I told him one of the wheels was unusually hot he inspected it and told me he thought the wheel was actually loose and offered to check and tighten up the nuts free of charge - and he was absolutely right the hot wheel was dangerously loose. I was so grateful and I have to say that someone like this is clearly an honest and good person. I live 50 miles away but will happily make the journey in the future for any work I need.... Do not hesitate to take your car there because I can tell you now this garage is a rare find.”

Booked online and from that moment from Jessica's initial response to the knowledgeable gentleman who did the repair to Wendy who invoiced me it was an absolute pleasure. RSC's obvious investment in premises and state of the art equipment to handle the most complex and expensive repairs does not seem to deter them from treating their customers however small the job is with courtesy,professionalism and care .
