“Truly exceptional in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed eager to explain the wide range of food and drink available. My girlfriend had a mango tango tea while I had a banofee milkshake to drink. We both agreed that our drinks were extremely tasty. To eat, I had the quiche of the day (ham and mushroom) while my girlfriend had a panini. Both dishes came on pleasant wooden trays with a variety of extras, and were delicious. Highly recommended, I would come again.”

“Lovely place to meet up for a chat and a bite to eat. All the food is freshly prepared and delicious. Well-priced too. The staff are lovely and the little shop is good to pick-up some tasty treats. We go a lot and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend booking a table as quite a few people were waiting when we were there.”

“At the end of the quaint cobblestone road was The Leek Bar and Grill. Modern and stylish, we had about a half an hour wait for food but we were supplemented with complimentary olives whilst we waited. The steak was gorgeous, flavoursome and well cooked, and it was accompanied by some lovely chunky chips and some yummy mushrooms.”

“Me and my husband booked a 1night spa & hot tub break for my birthday. Our room was really comfy and warm, we had our own hot tub outside which was lovely. Great nights sleep as its lovely and quite. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The next day we had a lovely experience in the spa and beauty salon. I would definitely recommend here.”

“I'm honestly astounded by some of the reviews of this lovely establishment. Once my wife told me about them I felt compelled to say something. We've used this lovely little coffee shop several times since it opened and every time we have been blown away by the friendly and attentive team and the hot, fresh and tasty coffee. I would highly recommend any of the tasty little treats on offer. Please don't take notice of the negative reviews, the "customer" isn't always right.”

“Came all the way from Derby to eat here with friends. The staff were very helpful, they tried their hardest to help with my dietary requirements. I was limited to what I could eat. They have informed me that they're working on developing dishes to cater for lactose intolerance (puddings!) and more Vegetarians options. The food were tasty and the sevice was excellent. The beer was great and I will be back!!!”

“Was a fantastic evening here. The menu was refreshing, nice to see lots of tempting offers rather than the same old menu choices. Not only that though, the quality of food, was very good! Had the beef, cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavoursome. Good choice of beers and wines available too. Had been before, but didn't realise there was outdoor seating available! “Very quirky school room themed "brew house" with lovely food and extensive drinks of every kind. Staff are attentive, welcoming and eager to provide high quality service. Great views out the back on to a quaint rear garden. Well worth a visit whenever you're in Leek.”

“Food ("Sunday" lunch) was excellent. Freshly cooked & piping hot. Staff were friendly & efficient. Unfortunately we hadn't booked ahead & so had to take the only available table which was slightly away from the main buzz of the main restaurant area. Moral to the story would be to book ahead.”

We ordered the soups and were impressed with the flavour and quality of the ingredients, so much that we bought three of the cakes to take home We weren't disappointed in those either: the care and professionalism is exceptional, and makes Keik stand out.
