Sells a range of household goods, bedding, electrical appliances, curtains etc. The towels wash well also has bathroom accessories. Upstairs are headphones, tellys, gaming etc. Also sells toys ,books, and baby equipment. There is a cafe upstairs and the loos are there at the far end.”

“Contacted Russell's as our washer had broken and we needed a new one. Great communication, came on a day suitable for us. Unfortunately we had issues with our piping which the engineer discovered when trying to remove our old one, hence a few minutes of panic as our kitchen almost flooded (not engineers issue, previous plumbing on house problems we didn't know about). We called a plumber who came out and fixed the problem and the engineer from Russell's returned later that same day. Removed old washer and fitted our new one despite a very small awkward kitchen space, and even stayed and showed us how to use it and didn't take payment until we were happy with the new appliance. Absolutely fantastic service from the start, would very highly recommend this local company!”
