“I simply can not give enough praise to the area manager that was in store a couple of weekends ago. I think her name was Kerry (apologies if I got the name wrong, memory isn't my strong point!) There was a young man in store struggling massively with anxiety, he was visibly nervous and having a hard time. Not only did she help to calm him down but she walked him round the shop helping him the whole way, helped him through the check out and made sure he would be ok after leaving the store. This was way beyond the care and service that I have ever seen in any store and I suffer with mental health myself so to see this truly warmed my heart. She deserves the highest praise as an employee and what a truly great, and caring human.”

“Just been to the B&M store in Retford and had lovely service from the staff. Gentleman who explained where the goods were that I wanted, young man on the checkout who arranged for me to collect my goods from the back door to save me having to carry a heavy box and the young man who carried the box to my car for me. “This is a big store and has everything you need in and around the home or garden. It's not a shop you can go into and walk out with nothing! There is always something you will like or think is handy. The confectionery section is amazing as it has alot of things you can't normally get elsewhere, such as American or few odd bits of Australian confectionery but keep in mind the prices are a bit steeper for these kind of items. I shopped here in the late morning, the only thing I did notice was there wasn't much staff about if help was needed.”

“Beverley in the Doncaster branch was helpful pleasant and not pushy. She let us browse and have time to think things over but was always there to help if we had any questions (we had a lot!) Much better than buying online as you get to see and feel it! This is the sofa we picked out but we got the standard backs and didn't bother with the beads round the front. She explained everything about the delivery and we should have it by 4th September. Will definitely shop here again when we need another one.”

“A great new furniture store, just opened, with some great offers on dining, living and bedroom furniture, beds, mattresses and lots of other stuff. Well worth a visit. (Right next to the Wilsons Carpets and Beds stores on the retail park, off York Road. Plus they do monthly payments too.”
