"We previously brought from this store, ended up buying online, as the sales team was very pushy, We took the insurance out, when defects occurred (dipping on the arms, and board support) We was then informed we wasn't covered and would cost to repair!! So don't bother with the "it covers you" nonsense We went back to the store to look for another new sofa, to basically be followed around the store the whole time, which almost felt like they was expecting a family to walk out with a 3 piece sofa under my jacket... Felt very awkward and pushy We soon left... We appreciate the pandemic has put pressure on businesses, a simple greet and be accessible for assistance would be better then following customer around like a wolf on the hunt!"
