We got a very accommodating and professional reply from Chris, who fitted me in at the last minute the next morning - I popped in, and he ran some checks, topped things up and reassured me things were ok. He didn't even charge us for the checks. The service was so professional and I found Chris to be knowledgeable and trustworthy.
