Unlike other larger chains locally the store is bright, tidy and laid out really well, a nice place to visit with plenty of choice. Even though we were just looking as to what items we may need at that stage, the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help. They equipped is with a "starter pack" of leaflets to help guide us,, gave us advice and didn't pressure us at all into rushing to buy items.
