He loaded up a flat bed, took us to the tills and helped load up the car. Really impressed with his customer service. The tiles were good too.”

“Great Reading showroom, very spacious, all areas are well displayed. Had multiple orders with them instore or via phone calls. Helena and Martyn are always helpful to sort quotes, orders and issues out. I did enjoy being 'ignored' by them in store, so I have no pressure browsing around and taking time to make decisions. No need to mention they have top quality tiles. Although not cheap, but very consistent, making projects going smooth and looking great in the end.”

“This is a review for Pine & Oak Furniture located at Winnersh Garden Centre in Reading. This used to be located inside the garden centre but following flooding has relocated to next to the garden centre on the same plot of land. I stumbled across this shop by chance 16th July 2022. Wow. What an absolute treat. Seriously. The outside of the shop has lots of items on display. It’s hard to define the product line apart from a mashup of quality furniture, art work, sculptures and bric a brac? The shop has bags of character and loads of niche products. There is so much squeezed into a tiny space. Lots of original items interspersed with some great furniture. I was talking to the guy working there and it is the same shop that used to be in the garden centre before it flooded. We talked about the history of the shop and the products on display and where they are sourced from. Seriously this shop blew me away. I was kid in candy shop. They have some great pieces in here. There is a wow factor when you walk in. The sculptures are frankly: amazing. I highly recommend you check this place out. It might not be your thing and if so okay fine. If it is your thing - enjoy!!! Total gem. Hands down recommended.”

We could work collaboratively to confirm the design. - Quality of furniture is excellent as well. - We did have a few issues in installation, but these were promptly picked up and there was a desire for quick resolution. “We hired the "Silent Disco" for a recent party and it was superb! We did run into a slight technical-difficulty because the WiFi at our chosen venue was very poor. This meant that accessing our pre-created Spotify playlists was not possible on all three devices. We managed to get around the problem by using our phones as "Hot Spots". If you have the ability, it might be worth bringing a USB stick with all your music on so you don't need to worry about such things. The headphones worked really well. Being able to see which channel other people are on (Red, Green or Blue) is very cool. On the dancefloor, people would react to a new track so you could quickly switch to their channel and then make the decision of whether to join them or forge your own path. I thoroughly recommend AV-Events and we are already discussing when we can do another Silent Disco!”

It was such a shame that i had to cancel my order because the moving company quoted me £600 for furniture transport to my new location. I got a full refund from the staff.
