“My daughter started at Finkley Nursery in August last year! Since then she has come on leaps and bounds with her learning and confidence! The staff are amazing and always put the parents/ children first! If you have a concern about your child’s development/ emotional well-being management are super approachable and will go out of their way to support you and your child! The key worker system is amazing and it’s very easy to communicate with the key worker via tapestry, phone calls or at the door! My daughter speaks very highly of all the staff and loves coming to nursery every day! Everyone who works at Finkley makes you and your child feel so valued and I really couldn’t recommend them enough!! Also having access to the farm is unique and very beneficial to children's development!x”

“We did the Viking Escape Room as a birthday treat, and it was brilliant! First time doing one, and Joe was an amazing host and great Viking Game Master. Had such a great time, we will definitely be back for another room! Great clues, cool rooms and puzzles and just an overall fun experience! Thanks so much Joe!”

“I am really pleased and happy with this nursery. The lady's there are so kind and patient. Wendy is a brilliant mother hen, Amber, Alysha and Niamh have really taken the time to bond with my child. There is constant updates and lots of organised activities to help the kids develop. I would definitely recommend this nursery, it is worth every penny. I feel very relaxed to go leave my child here while I work, and I never thought I could get that.”

“We always have an amazing time with Dragon sensory! As a Childminder I love being able to take the little ones I care for out to explore messy play and socialise with other children of a similar age! We always have loads of fun and enjoy the different sensory opportunities provided in the messy play set ups. The bonus is we also don’t have to clean up!”

“This shop is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was shown all the ways on how to work the pushchair and the baby carrier. They also let me see if the pushchair I chose would fit into my car. This is their little doll Otis who I fell in love with but sadly wasn’t for sale! Due to the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff at Natural Baby Shower, I am now waiting for my delivery of everything I need for my baby & can relax. I received extra points for shopping in store which is even better as now I can use them to purchase other goods! So basically getting a freebie! There is also a car park for the store which is even better for us pregnant mums who don’t want to walk far! Thank you Lorraine for all your patience and help it really is appreciated!”

“Love this nursery. My son, now 2, has been there over a year and has been in 2 rooms now. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The nursery has been very flexible with us. All the rooms are very clean, nice toys and there’s always a new focus or sensory task or game the kids are infield with. You can tell that my son’s carers love their job and care about his development. I’m so happy with Cornerstone that we’re sending our baby girl there when she turns one and I go back to work!”

“This is definitely the best soft play in the area for babies and toddlers! It’s so nice to go somewhere which is safe and clean. You don’t have to worry about any older children knocking over your little one. The cafe is very reasonably priced and they take allergies very seriously (which is nice for a parent of a child with a severe dairy / soya allergy!) This does mean people can’t take food from outside in, but as it means they can keep the area safe for the littlest most vulnerable customers and that can only be a positive! It’s also so nice that the staff monitor the soft play, meaning the kiddies can enjoy without having to get around adults sat on “their” play equipment! If adults want a sit down, there is plenty of space in the cafe or at the end with the toys to still be with your children. The booking system works really well, you can book and make sure you definitely get a space! It’s never overcrowded even when “full” and just has a lovely child focused atmosphere!”

The girl who works here Shannon is simply the nicest person you could ever meet, she was so friendly and accommodating, she also said such lovely things about her employers when we were chatting which is important to me as a business owner to know a small business is treating their staff well. “This is an amazing nursery. My son has been going since January and he absolutely loves it. The staff are all so friendly and caring, and they really pay attention to the individual needs of the child. No ask is ever too much for them. The outdoor space is great and they spend alot of time outside which is something I love about the nursery. They also do lots of different activities such as painting and creative play. They dealt with the recent shutdown exceptionally well, and I have complete confidence in all the measures they have put in place since reopening, always prioritising both the needs of the children and the necessary safety measures.”

“A really welcoming, fun, friendly and relaxed environment to share your faith in God. My wife & I attend the 10:45 family service and am always welcomed with a lovely smile and a coffee! The songs are modern and the sermons easy to follow and really entertaining which we love. There's a child and youth club during the service so everyone can enjoy their Christian journey. “My child loves Poppies. The staff are both friendly and professional and were flexible during settling in, allowing us to take it at our own pace. The setting has a semi-rural feel and the outdoor space is superb - they use it all year round but it comes into its own in the warmer months. If your child is at all outdoorsy then this is definitely the place to send them. The rooms my child uses (Little Explorers and Baby Nest) are clean and well presented. I can't find fault.”

“Pear tree nursery have always been supportive and encouraging towards my daughter. She has attended since the age of one and during this time the Pear tree staff have helped her become a confident bright little person and helped her make massive progress with her eating (she was very fussy). “I am so happy with this nursery. Little Oaks Montessori is the perfect combination of fun, learning and playing in a really caring environment. Katie is such a dedicated, kind and efficient nursery teacher and runs the most delightful nursery school. All the staff are lovely. My daughter has not cried at all leaving me, always wants to go and jumps up and down outside to go in. The teaching standards are so high and there seems to be a new task or fun project most days. The children get such individual care and a review every term. My child is learning new things all the time and also seems to really enjoy herself. The equipment is mostly new and the classroom is light and sunny and immaculately clean. The outdoor space is large and very secure. I can't rate this lovely nursery highly enough. Get on the waiting list before word gets out!”
