“I received great Customer at the Lacoste store in Portsmouth (Gun Wharf). I purchased 2 nice shirts from your store and because of my daughter needing to eat I only tried on the one assuming the other would be similar. Anyway when I got home (190 miles) the second did not got as well. So I contacted the store manager he was able to help me. He offered for me to send back the shirt for exchange, which I did. They then contacted me back in 2 days to say they had exchanged and posted the new shirt back to me. I really felt that the service in store was great, everyone was really helpful, and the support I received to sort the unfitting shirt was superb! A massive thank you!”
