"Not my normal shop as a standard size normally but loved their range on Google so thought I would take a look. Amazing service from my first attendant who was at the end of her shift but did a handover to lovely Bernie (Midland Branch) who took me rack by rack through the store, helped me pick a couple of items, no hard sell just plain simple help. I wasn't sure as dont have a dress in my closet not my normal style, went home and retried them as she suggested with what I had at home and loved the choices. Loved the assistance, I remember clothes shops once being like this now you hardly get noticed. 5 stars plus to Bernie and 5 stars to all the staff. Will be back for sure."
