“My family and I have been here twice for breakfast and we love it! Last week we went there for my brothers 21st and to our surprise, the women who greeted us before we ate walked out of the kitchen with a big stack of chocolate chip pancakes and a candle on top! It was such a lovely thing to do and my brother loved it. Really enjoy our experience, never too packed and a nice place to eat. Highly recommend”

“Live in Mandurah and had to organise food for the family bash for New Year's day in Joondalup. Found Hikky's online and liked the menu, so we ordered 50 kebabs, 8 share platters and 5 family chips. The food is AMAZING and did not dissapoint. The bread is cooked fresh on site daily and is sooooo good. Hikky made things so easy, he combined the share platters into 3 humongous platters and just made it so easy so we could put the food straight onto the table. Thank you so much Hikky, ur definitely our new favourite!!!!”

“Little hidden gem in central Joondalup. Risq have nailed the design so that you can drink in a classy establishment, but without the stuffy, pretentious vibes you can get sometimes. “When I come down from Geraldton I always go to this fish and chip shop in Heathridge as they have really good fish and chips and the lady is and the guys at work there a really great at what they do and their prices are really good to”

“I had only ever been here previously for a Christmas function which, at the time, had impressed me. So with my brother coming up from Australind and leaving it in my hands to choose somewhere to have brunch this was actually the first place that I thought of to try. It was a great decision. I had pre-booked a table and I'm glad that I had done so as it was extremely busy on a pleasant, sunny winters day. The service was really good which can sometimes make or break a place. The food was excellent and served hot. Was there a wait for coffee and breakfast? Well sure, the place was full! Was it an issue? No, not at all. The prices are pretty good especially for the wonderful location overlooking Mullaloo Beach. As with anything you're happy to pay for it when the food is sensational, service is great and the view/atmosphere is very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Swell to anyone seeking a seriously great restaurant.”

“We went there on a Wednesday evening and the day's specials were $7.5 for a portion of curry, 3 to choose from and $7.5 for any pint. The curries were small portions but very tasty. It was enough food for us as we weren't weren't so hungry. The service was very very quick It as a musical bingo night and the other patrons were enjoy themselves. Very nice atmosphere, quick service, nice food and vry cheap for a dinner night out. We'll be back for sure”

“Went to chapters for mine and my sisters birthday dinner. For entree we ordered salami, duck croquettes, and the cob loaf (all amazing but the duck croquettes were phenomenal). For the mains we had lamb cutlets, barramundi and Mac and cheese (again all were delicious but my lamb cutlets were so so good!) The service was amazing. Kevin checked on us all night and looked after us and so did the two lovely blonde ladies waiting our table. We also had another gentleman coming over and cracking some jokes which added to a good atmosphere. Thanks so much to the chapters team, I will definitely be back :) everything was perfect.”

“I have visited this place for breakfast a couple times and I must say, the food is worth the wait. Very scrumptious feed indeed. I rate 5 stars and recommend to anyone in Woodvale area feeling some dardy breakfast.”

“Has a good selection of beer on tap Huge beer garden out the back, dogs are welcome. Burgers are the speciality and their really nice, at $19 for a big cheeseburger with pickles onion lettuce Tim tomato cheese and a decent piece of meat, makes for a good meal. Sit inside or on the beer garden, both can cater for a 100 or more patrons, watch sport on the wall mounted screens, great music, really nice atmosphere. Rest rooms are out the back and are nice and clean, got a wheel chair or walker for those that have trouble getting around, no problem, as there is a ramp into the place, care for a game of pool, it caters for those who like a game as well. Plenty of parking available.”

“Paddy Malone's... Been there a few times now so let's share some thoughts. First is the location... Easy access with numerous close parking options and, after a delicious lunchtime meal you can take a nice stroll around Joondalup lake. Next up, food and service, both of which are top notch. Today's menu was the Paddy's Paddock burger, vegetarian parmigiana and crumbed mushrooms. Everything was delicious and I gotta say those that work there are so friendly too. Ok, now you're wanting to know about price, right? No complaints from me on this, prices are really on point for the quality of the food and the friendliness of everyone there. Paddy's is the place to go for a great pub atmosphere, comfortable settings, great food and super friendly people. I definately say give it a go next time you're in Joondalup.”

“Oh wow when my meal was brought out to me I was blown away by it's presentation. The Camembert cheese was so tasty and and drizzled in honey. The focaccia was so crunchy. I enjoyed the meal so much. The Tavern wasn't noisy and we could talk without shouting. My friend had Chicken parmigiana and she really enjoyed her meal. The atmosphere was wonderful.”

“I stayed very close to cafe 28 for 4 weeks and visited it many times for a mid morning break. The oat milk flat white and toasted banana bread with butter were lovely. Sitting on the veranda enjoying the view of the golf course and surroundings is nice and relaxing. Recommended.”
