"First off the person managing the desk needs some serious people skills. He really didn’t seem to care about anyone’s issues if it wasn’t straight forward. I sat in the cold ugly waiting room for 3 hours thinking I was just getting my car inspected. After an hour they said I needed new brakes, ok fine. I had to ask how long that would take. He said an hour, I could deal with that. They took the tires off & an hour later he tells me they don’t have the right parts. I should have been told that right away & given the option to wait or make another appointment. They had no clue if I had to go back to work, had an appointment or needed to pick up a child from school.( never asked). I felt he didn’t care at all if I was a satisfied customer & believe I’m NOT!!!! Maybe the work is fine but really customer service goes a long way in my book… I’d rather pay a bit more & be treated with kindness & respect."

They went above and beyond what my experience has been with other mechanics, and all of this during a holiday weekend. The technicians at both 6601 Peach St. and 2536 W 26th St. were great to work with and I would definitely recommend these locations to anyone."
