"This is specifically for the infusion center: I did seven rounds of iron infusions here and staff are amazing. They go out of their way to put me at ease since I have a phobia of needles. The care and consideration that they give Patrons here is amazing. I had Kelly and she is a gem. She was a ray of sunshine to me, and any other patient and always remembered me, always had a cheerful demeanor, and made me feel welcomed, secure, and at ease during stressful moments. Prior to coming to the Anderson in Campus, I have had very negative experiences with doctors and nurses. My first visit here I was inconsolable and in tears, and the staff are so gentle and kind. Thank you Kelly for making me feel comfortable and happy during something I dreaded so terribly, and thank you to the infusion team for just being wonderful humans, not just to me, but to anyone that comes in the doors."

"Probably one of the best Dr's appointments I've ever had. Dr. Mary M. Braden is a gem. I never felt such warmth and professionalism like hers and her staff also. So thankful for doctors like her!"

"I can’t seem to get a straight answer out of my doctor and his nurses. I was treated at Fountain Hill for emergency surgery to remove a number of tumors on my brain. I have had breast cancer for 12 years, just finished a rather harsh chemo treatment 11 months ago, and that seems to be my oncologist go to solution. Mind you, this is without the results of a pet scan which during a visit he told me was denied by my insurance! I called my insurance company and they have no such record. At which time my oncologist got a little Annoyed with me and said he didn’t need a pet scan, peer to peer review was all he needed to put me back on infusion treatments And next time he says something, “I NEED TO BELIEVE HIM!! Do not question their decision, even if it’s based on another “Peers” opinion, And he has no problem with me going for a second opinion as a matter fact he’ll give me a referral for one!, Probably the”PEER” he discussed my case with to begin with!"

"Never again... after firing my first oncologist at the Phillipsburg Campus I transferred care to Anderson Cancer Center. Don’t expect you’re doctor and his staff to be be available to you all calls are fielded through the Hopeline. Hold times on the Hopeline are unreal and 9 times out of 10 whatever you’re calling for will not be addressed, you’ll just be sent to the ER. There were times I’d be on the phone for over 40 minutes the nurse on the line would always have to put me on hold contact the office then get back to you. The Hopeline is now the Hopeless line in my opinion. The ER is a nice money maker for a for profit hospital the Hopeline loves send you there. The staff is a big problem the left never seems to know what the right is doing. After being off medication for 3 weeks the doctor and staff sent my prescription to my local pharmacy when it should have gone to a specialty pharmacy. The doctor calls to apologize only to send it to the local pharmacy again! I was off medication for 6 weeks due to incompetence. Moral of this story always be on top of your own healthcare because these people certainly are not there to help you, frustrate you absolutely."

"The staff here are outstanding. I come here every two weeks and have never had better care. The nurses, my doctors, everyone here has been outstanding. Even during the virus outbreak, they go the extra mile to keep everyone safe. My nurses are the best of the best. I’ve been in GREAT hospitals before but this is far and away the best. Highly recommend St. Luke’s Anderson. Very happy patient."
