"Horrendous. My child has severe hearing loss and needs to lip read. The staff obviously does not know how to treat a child with special needs or hearing loss to be more specific. They caused my daughter to have a severe panic attack prior to her going into her appointment, by not even speaking to hear at all and saying I cannot go back with her due to my older daughter being there with us. My oldest who is 15 understands the needs of her sister, so she understands having to wait for us. Upon going back the dental assistant continued to speak badly of my parenting (Seriously! You expect me to trust you with my daughter alone who cannot hear you, but pretend concern over a capable 15 yr old) I then stopped and said "We're not doing this, I don't want you near my daughter, we're leaving. Who's the office manager. She then proceeded to whisper to the manager something (removing her mask to do so, but refused to pull it down to speak clearly to my daughter). Finally this so-called manager gets off the phone and tells me I need to calm down and stop disrespecting her. Obviously she never met a Jersey Italian, I'm naturally loud, especially when it comes to my children. She still continues to tell me to calm down, refused to listen and told me I needed to leave. Not once did this person look at my daughter's file. She did not take anything seriously about my child's file or what I was saying, telling me I need to leave because I'm irate and being rude (which I have every reason to be when the staff is unprofessional). At no point did I yell or say anything out of place. Besides having no experience with management or children with needs, these people get triggered being told so. This is the fourth time we're back for the same appointment that they kept screwing up what was needed for this specific procedure, wasting my time. They take absolutely no responsibility for their lack of professionalism. Run far from this place do not trust your children with these people."

"Staff were nice and professional. They were great with my daughter who is almost 18 months. She doesn’t like anyone touching her face/mouth and didn’t force anything on her when she didn’t want them to touch.. over all great experience for a first visit! Would definitely recommend"

"We've been going here for a few years and we have not had a single bad experience. You can tell the staff truly care and they're doing the best they can with the small crew they have and the staffing shortage. Leaving today, my kid said: "Mom, you know what? I like the dentist now." A relief to say the least."

"I arrived 10 minutes early to my daughter’s appointment just in case there were any forms to fill out. They took us back right away and the hygienist came in quickly after we were taken to the room. The hygienist said the dentist would be right in and that was not the case. We were in this office for a little over an hour and had still not seen the dentist. I went to the front desk to let them know we would be leaving because we had another apt to go to. You should not make a 3.5 year old wait that long or if you are backed up, have someone come in and explain that. I left without making an appointment because we won’t be back but two days later they took it upon themselves to schedule my daughter for May. What a mess. The one girl at the back of the desk was nice the other straight up doesn’t want to be there. The bathroom also look/smelled like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Avoid this place."

"I was in need of a new dentist for my boys that are on the spectrum and heard from a couple of friends about this place in Easton. However, after scheduling an appointment and giving them all my insurance information, they still called me the day before questioning the type of appointment, I was scheduled for. They also claimed they had no knowledge of any of my medical information when I had given them all the dental information on my children. When a woman, Courtney called me she was beyond rude. She would not explain what a comp was. Even asking her multiple times she still chose to hang up on me. Apparently there is no way to directly call this specific office back and the number takes you a central scheduling place. After speaking with Alex, the call line supervisor, he was very nice and understanding. We then 3way called the office in Easton where Courtney continued to be rude and hang up again when I asked for the fax number. We arrived to the office on Thursday at 3pm on time for their appointment. I filled the paperwork for new appointment online, but she made me do it again upon arrival. Was rude about having me sit to fill it out. They did not take my sons back till 58min later, which at that point I went outside to call the central scheduling line. People that came in after us were being taking back before us. So I stayed on the line with Alex while they took us back. While sitting there waiting for dentist to come in I overheard the staff and dentist talking badly about me, and accusing me of cursing. I said I did not curse and had Alex on speaker as a witness and he stated I was not rude or cursing. The dentist, Barber stated he believes his staff and I can walk out as fast as I walked in. In conclusion they did not do the cleaning or anything for my boys because it was now past time, even though we were there on time. This will be my first and last visit there."
