The Institute for Behavior Change, located at 120 East Uwchlan Avenue in Exton, Pennsylvania, is a nonprofit organization specializing in Intensive Behavioral Health Services. Founded in 1997 by Licensed Psychologist Steven Kossor, our model of IBHS is funded by the Medicaid EPSDT mandate at no cost to parents. Our dedicated staff work with children and families to build hope and courage for a better future through therapeutic interventions addressing challenging behaviors. With decades of experience in providing in-home and in-school treatment services, our staff are the preferred providers in several Southeastern Pennsylvania school districts.
