Pets in Harmony Veterinary Hospital

"First of all, techs, front staff and Dr. Brugos are wonderful. I do not recommend Dr Gunther Lill to see a sick or injured pet. He saw one of my dogs a few weeks ago with a phlegmy sounding cough. I asked for x-rays due to her pneumonia history as well as bloodwork since she is 10. I like to have my pets' bloodwork done every 6 months. Speaking from experience a lot can change in 6 months. Dr. Lill stated "not necessary, just an URI". Gave my dog meds and walked away. Recently had my other dog in due to limping. Dr. Lill was very rough with him in exam room in front of me. Took him back to get bloodwork done. I heard Dr Lill shout "shut up" then heard a thud and my dog scream. He came back in the exam room and said he can't do anything "with this dog" he needs obedience class because he's biting. Told Dr Lill that my dog just finished puppy class and he will start Basic obedience in November. Didn't finish saying this as Dr. Lill talked over me then abruptly left the room. Very rude man! I get that my 6 month old German Shepherd is rambunctious, typical of the breed. Dr. Lill just needed to come out and say that he was unable to do anything, prescribe trazadone, Ace or whatever they use there and reschedule. I will decline to see Dr. Lill again even for a well exam and vaccines."

"One star is being generous. Impossible to get anyone to return your call and no one ever answers the phone. We have been patients for a couple years now. Our dog has seizures. We take her to regular appointments and have routine blood work done frequently. However, it is almost impossible to get her script for her meds. Our poor girl has been without her meds for almost two weeks because of their inability to return a phone call. Finally, got a script wrote and picked up, only find out it was written for a nonexistent mg dosage and Giant Eagle wouldn’t fill it. Call the vet and still no return phone call attempting to make this right. Our poor pup continues to have seizures each day. Very disappointed."

"I visited Dr Silvas today and was blown away with the exceptional care that my 12 year old Lab received. He spent extra time to search to find the cause of her difficulty breathing. I want to thank the Dr and the excellent staff for the great service."

"I have been taking my German Shepherd to Pets in Harmony grooming for the past 4 years. Pat and her staff do a great job grooming and caring for my Lexi. They consistently run on schedule and absolutely show love to each and every dog they groom. From time to time I pop in just to say hello in between Lexi's groomings. They are always so friendly and welcoming! Because they're busy, I don't stay long...usually just a quick hello. I can't praise Pat and her staff enough as they are always attentive to the pets they're grooming; making sure the environment is safe especially as new pets come and go from their appointments. They know the personalities of each and every pet they care for. I've gone to other groomers over the years of having my pets, but Pat and her team are by far the best, and kindest groomers. My german shepherd loves going there and always comes home beautifully groomed! I'm so happy to have found them and highly recommend Pat and her team!"
