"Giving him a chance to call me before I leave my review and take further action. He has until the end of the day today December 28th 2023. UPDATE... No call back. I'm giving him a chance to tell his side of the story first. If you would like to describe what happened in your office with the owner of Niko yesterday, now is your chance. I will not give up until you let the public know how you behaved in your office. If you won't I will. My husband took our dog to Hufnagel for an emergent need. Hufnagel was more interested in a worming and vaccine record from the spay and neuter clinic from over a year ago that I requested twice be sent to his office than our pets illness. He called my husband a liar, a son of a bit@# physically shoved him out of the office and was acting like he was deranged or under the influence. He shouted in the waiting room that he preformed 7 surgeries and he is the best vet in the state. It was a tramatic encounter for my husband, Hufnagels patients in the waiting room where the abuse continued and most importantly my dog. I'd like to hear from Hufnagel to find out why he chose to abuse a human and ignore the health of a sick pet. I'd like him to review himself and let his patients and future patients know what to expect when they choose to take their pets to him. If you have had a similar experience with Hufnagel please share your story, I have read reviews of others witnessing Hufnagels outbursts. If you are reading this thinking we are fabricating this and possibly derelict in caring for our pet, remember it only takes one wrong visit for you to fall victim to this loose cannon . Is there not an oath vets take to provide care to their clients? ******I'm still calling you out Hufnagel! You did wrong and I'd like to know why you were unable to control yourself and provide care to my sick dog? You were more interested in physically and verbally abusing my spouse than my dog. A phonecall apologizing for your meltdown would be appreciated too!*******"

"Wonderful experience!! My primary (amazing, highest rated) local Vet was not able to see my cat (emergency appointment) for at least a week out, so I was forced to find another place and hope to get an emergency appointment somewhere new. I called Hufnagel Vet and got a same day appointment, he solved the problem that day and now our cats are coming here going forward. Highly recommend, awesome staff with expertise, straight to the point, very personable, cheaper costs and genuinely care about animals. Such a great experience here that going forward they are now my #1 place. FYI if your wondering they don't groom but check out Reigning Cats & Dogs in Cranberry Twp. Update: I took my other cat here to see if Dr Hufnagel could figure out why my cat was peeing outside the litter box (randomly, a few times per yr) after unsuccessful attempts at the prior vet and HE SOLVED IT!!! No more peeing outside the litter box anymore!! Thank you so much!!"

"Dr Hufnagel is s a very compassionate man! It’s obvious that he’s loves animals. That is very important to me. I’ve had an issue in the past with my lab. I called after hours and Dr Huffnagle met me at his office immediately. She needed emergency surgery. This is the kind of vet I want caring for my babies!"

"Dr Hufnagel was able to fit me on the schedule within minutes of calling in a panic. We thought our cat was seriously hurt but he just worked himself up to a fever. They were able to cool him down to a normal temp within minutes. Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They even gave us a pet carrier to take him home in since he couldn't fit inside the one we had, that was so nice! 10/10 recommend!"
