"The doctor at UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in New Castle was great. My issue is with the billing. They did NOT tell us there would be a facility fee of $351 in addition to the physician's fee of $362.02 for a second opinion. NO procedures were done at this visit. This was not a hospital admission or emergency room visit. When questioned, they said they informed me of the fees before the visit. They did not. Carefully ask questions before scheduling here!"
