"Been coming for years with no issues at all even after turnover of dentists. Only issue now is they’ve added a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions. Since they no longer accept checks then you have to pay cash or card. Who carries that much cash to pay for dental procedures? So you’re forced to pay the up charge. This has become common among businesses over the past couple of years. In a day and age where most transactions are done digitally or via credit card it should be accepted as part of a business’ expenses. Raise the prices the percent it will cost you to cover those cc fees if you have to but it comes across as rude for a business to say you’re going to charge me more because I don’t carry hundreds of dollars in cash on me, imho."
"Left this place worse than when I went in! And when I called back the next morning, they said there was nothing they could do, go to the ER. Staff are nice but the dentist is a hack, don’t waste your time or money."
