"They were awesome. So patient and took things slow. My five year old hasn’t been to the dentist since she was three due to a bad experience with the dentist. They made her feel so comfortable. They also walked me through the process of fillings and caps."

"This is my son's second dentist. He loved Dr. Mike and was more at ease than our first dentist! Dr. Mike gave us multiple solutions when before we were only presented with one. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable."

"Today was my first time ever at Pottstown Pediatric Dentistry, and it was such a great experience. My son is special needs and it has been a struggle for me to find someone who understands a special needs child. The dental hygienist and Dr. Mike took there time with my son and made him feel so excited just to be at the dentist! This dentist office is filled with activities in the waiting room for the children to explore and then the dental room itself is child friendly! I walked out of here with tears on my face today because my son was treated like a star! He even got to put his name on the No cavity tree which was one of his favorite parts!"

"I love, love, love this place for the youth! The Dentist is fabulous! The Dental Hygienists are fabulous as well. They listen to your concerns, ask if the services they're performing is ok & asks if you have any concerns as well! They're a great extension of Upper Merion Dental! They're only open Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, but are A++++++++ rating in my book! I send people all the time! They're also great with the youth as well! They ask if they have any questions & they explain all of the equipment to the young people. Only downside; they don't take them after they become adults!"

"They were a great office. They have this tendency to tell people they will handle everything. When it comes down to the last 4 days of their appointment they cancel. Then they blame you as the parent because you did not get the paperwork clearance done that they needed. Even though you completed everything but they failed to communicate and do their part. I am changing my children’s dentist. It seems to be always an issue. Then they refused to allow you to speak to someone higher. They seem to have more patients then they can handle. They also seen the review and rushed to call me to cancel my youngest appointment. It probably will be a phone call to children services. The obviously hate my review. They need to respect the appointments that were made and actually do their job like they state in the beginning. I will be reporting them to the insurance company as well."
