"My trying to schedule a basic cleaning to this dental office has been frustrating over the last 8 months due to a severe lack of personnel. The shortage of staff led to prolonged  and delayed booking times months after the day of my call.  They had previously canceled my cleaning on multiple occasions because they did not have a hygienist.   Now to find out they have just 1 and works only 1 day a week. This understaffing issue significantly diminished my confidence in the clinic's ability to deliver proper dental care. Please avoid this office at all cost."

"My appointment was rescheduled to pick up my permanent partial plate because it came in earlier than expected. I then also had a phone call that said, I could come in for my appointment early which I did. My appointment was scheduled for 3p.m. and I arrived at 2:40. Upon arrival I waited for about five minutes till I was ushered into a room. The dental assistant, who by the way, was very sweet and proficient, gave me my permanent plate to try on and asked me if there were any sore spots. There was one spot in particular that was troublesome. She relayed this information to the dentist who was busy in another room either doing fillings or a root canal or some extensive procedure on another patient. He had her try to take care of the problem. But it was above her skill level. She told me the lab assistant had just left. Otherwise he could make some adjustments to my plate. She said I would have to wait a couple minutes for the dentist . After over 20 minutes of waiting and I could tell that the appointment going on in the room next to me was not ending any time soon. I decided to leave because I could no longer wait. I will now have to schedule another appointment to come and have my plate adjusted. I feel they should not have made an appointment if there was not going to be someone available to make adjustments to my permanent partial plate."

"As a new patient, I went for my annual cleaning and check up. Although things didn't go as planned because they run their practice a little differently..I gave this office a 4 star rating for the bedside manners of both dentist and hygienist. Both were equally friendly and honest with their exams. Stacie at the front desk was awesome explaining my treatment plan and appointment availability. I removed one star because there was quite a wait. Other than that..I was satisfied with my visit once they explained everything."
