"I had a policy in effect sinse a child and my parents were told that it would be paid in full at a certain age. Well that didn't happen. I'm now 61 and I'm still paying on it, and I was just informed that they cancelled my policy due to not making sufficient payments. I followed their computers prompts and paid MORE than it said and they say it wasn't enough and terminated my policy on my 61st birthday!!! I'm getting a lawyer!"

"Has to be the worst customer service I ever dealt with and I have comcast. Called my personal agent 8 times in the last 4 weeks and emailed her 3 times, zero response. Called the 800 number to speak with someone, no one ever answers. Leave a call back number and have yet to recieve a call back. So far I left a call back number 3 or 4 times. I'm not sure what itll actually take to talk to someone."
