"Went to Katsur for the last 20 years and never had a problem until the new dentist has taken over. First time I met him I was told I needed 6 caps. My father went in for his checkup and was told he needed 3. I was sitting in the exam chair and could hear the office personnel on the phones - your insurance will only cover half of the cap your price will be $x.x. I return this year after not getting any fixed and now I need 2 along with 2 fillings. Seems like the new dentist is very money motivated and zero personality. I get it’s a business but shouldn’t be taking advantage of people. Also got rid of their later hours. Will be leaving Katsur after 20 years."
"Have went here for years. Dr shmit was amazing. However the new dentist who replaced him is awful. Incompetent and only after money. Went for a cleaning and had a filling that was falling out. He chose to do nothing and schedule a follow up. In that time a infection formed. He ran my insurance for a procedure and when it was denied he claimed he couldn't do the procedure. Wanted to pull 2 of my back teeth instead of dealing with the issue. He is young and new and was charging for services he wasn't providing."
