Engineering assessments in 2022 outlined necessary repairs to the retaining wall at the Pagoda's foundation, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of the building's condition. This assessment covered mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and interior architectural elements, as well as the exterior structure.
