Carsonia Park
Carsonia Park, located at 905 Byram Street in Reading, Pennsylvania, is a historic park and tourist attraction with a rich history dating back to the 1700s. Originally the property of Benjamin and Mary Custard, the area was home to a woolen mill and Georgian-style home known as the Carsonia Inn. In 1894, John A Rigg and Robert N. Carson transformed the farm into an amusement park and grove, which became known as Carsonia Park. The park featured a variety of rides and attractions, including the Big Toboggan, Grand Carousel, Circle Swing, and more.
