"I’ve attempted multiple times to give my service to them and purchase but I’m done now. The female employees started off rude the first day I went making comments. After that the male was there and he wasn’t much better. He sat on his phone the whole time people were trying to order and had 0 customer service skills. Today it was both the females and the male, my chicken was almost wet not crispy chicken and it was gross, my lemonade had barely any ice and it’s warm. I also asked for extra sugar and didn’t get it. They charge you quite a bit for absolutely terrible service! I refuse to spend any more of my money here."

"Mehh—if I wanted warm pre-made lemonade I would go to Giant Eagle and get a gallon for the same price."

"I have loved seivers lemonade for as long as I can remember. However this trip was very different. The little teenager in the booth was very rude and the lemonades that I purchased had been premade to the point that the ice was already completely melted and the sugar was a big layer at the bottom. The lemonade tasted very watered down due to all the ice melting and diluting it. Overall very disappointing trip."
