"Very friendly customer service. Terri and Dennis we’re awesome and super helpful. I had to order quite a few parts and swap parts several times for the correct part which was my mistake and they were very helpful. I really appreciate it. Will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need to and would recommend them to anyone! Also when you call their number you are routed to buffalo. But to make sure you’re getting all the correct information and it’ll make your life easier, insist on speaking to Erie people, it just saves a lot of confusion."
