"Very disappointed, this is now the third time I have had to reschedule a doctor’s appointment because this office can’t return a phone call. I am now going on Week three of leaving voicemails with no returned calls. I now have to reschedule my follow up Appointment with my Neurologist for my follow up appointment from brain surgery."
"Had an awful experience today. I was scheduled for a MRI at 2pm, got there by 1:30pm to make sure I could complete paperwork, insurance check, and change into scrubs, but had a negative interaction with the older blonde woman who got me at the door. I wanted to wait until the door closed to give her my last name and date of birth because I had heard her shouting everyone else's PHI who she retrieved before me. She became defensive and unprofessional immediately, utilizing a mocking and snarky demeanor and tone, then brought in and took out person after person while leaving me sitting in the room, while giving me dirty looks at each entrance and exit from the back waiting area. I finally had to leave after waiting for an hour to get called in for my imaging. I can only say, this organization needs to seriously prioritize trauma informed staff training, and increase professionalism. I never got my MRI."

"I was overdue for a mammogram before Covid hit. I've called this office endlessly for 8 months. They put you on hold and never give you a call back when you leave your number. Now you get a recording that the phones are out of service? At a medical facility. I'm going to have to drive there just to make an appointment tho I'm disabled. Pretty frustrating."
"This place has an old DMV meets free clinic from the 90s feel that really made for an anxious experience. Even though I arrived in time, I had to wait in the chaotic waiting room for 20-25 minutes past my appointment time. The parking garage is glum and stressful. The check in kiosk feels like you are at a government agency. It was not pleasant. The previous place I went for a mammogram in another state was bright, open, calming, and clean. This was the opposite. I felt like I was being processed for a jail. The tech in the room was professional and fine, so really the only part that met expectations."
