"SORRY I EVER DOUBTED !!!! 25Again has completely changed my life. I'm a 54yo guy who works in banking (not a lot of exercise in that), and I had been feeling the slow drag and degrade of time on my body, mind and spirit. Grind in, grind out. As a former athlete, I know what fitness looks like, and the guy in the mirror staring back at me was NOT the depiction of fitness. Mirror mirror on the wall, who's that stranger in the hall?
