"I just had a biopsy yesterday, and the staff was amazing! I had the worst anxiety going in, to the point I almost talked myself out of going. There were so many women in there talking to me and being kind during my procedure that I didn’t focus on what was going on at all. Dr. Wood also made this completely painless…even the shot of lidocaine was not felt. I cannot recommend this center enough. 100/100!"

"Everyone in this office was beyond amazing. Emily (the nurse coordinator) , Katie (ultrasound) and Dr Woods were sweet, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and amazing. My appts were always on time, check in was a breeze and I felt all the staff cared about me. I was not just another number or case to them. I would highly recommend this office."

"I have nothing but good to say about the staff who completed my mammogram,however, my appointment was July 20, 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. They took my temperature but there was no plexiglass at the front desk or in the cubby between me and the registrar or in the shared office space of 4 staff members that I observed walking back to my mammogram room. I do not think Mercy should see patients if you are not set up to keep patients and staff safe. In addition the core values of Jewish/Mercy were flashing on the screen and i thought those core values were not being seen in practice .down In additon, the registrar pulled her mask up and down as I registered while the mask was placed under her nose most if the time."

"This is the most poorly run facility I have ever been to. Do not go here. There were many problems with insurance coverage. They were not able to give a clear answer on if services will be covered even after I called my insurance company. There were also many scheduling problems. I wasted several hours on the phone trying to get these problems solved to no avail. The Nurse Navigator who was supposed to help me apparently doesn't return phone calls. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the people who work here. I would not recommend whatsoever. Choose another place and avoid the frustration."
