"SUNTERRA DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. WE HAULED 6 LOADS FOR THEM AND THEY HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING. IGNORING OUR PHONE CALLS."
"Don't even try to book a load with them. They don't pay nor do they have a direct line for accounts payable., Calling them is pointless because NOBODY ANSWERS. You can leave a message or send an email asking for payment but they DON'T reply back. I have several numbers beginning with the number of the dispatcher who I booked 2 loads with and a guy named Juan A. who is supposed to pay us after I submitted all the documents. Also it is very disappointed that you work for the government (CALIFORNIA FOOD BANK) and you don't pay the company who did the work, we as a trucking company also contribute to keep the country running, but if we don.t get pay it affect us a lot. It is very frustrating have to deal with this type of situation!!!"

As you expect your carriers To arrive and deliver on time, i also have a time schedule to stay profitable. I am wondering if you were just trying to get another carrier to your arsenal if so that is a cheap trick."

There's been many times where he has got us through situations and honestly I don't know what I would do without the guy. Hillary is also fantastic at what she does.
