"Angie/dispatch was really sweet. She called the night before each delivery to give me a 4-hour delivery window. Kevin was so kind to take the empty pallets back with him after a delivery and I deeply appreciated it!!! Kevin was so polite, helpful, and professional! Papa made 2 deliveries here and put a very large chandelier, that was on a pallet, exactly where I asked him to put it in the garage."

"Just want to say thanx to our delivery specilest Joe who delivered our 5 packages weighing 50 pounds plus to the end of our driveway. My wife and I are disabled we can't even get our own mail our aide gets it on the days she works. For the third time our packages were set out 60 or so feet from the house partially blocking the driveway. its about 20 feet lower than the house at that end so its all up hill to the house and of course if we can't walk to get our mail we can't get the packages and if they sit to long especially over night they will get stolen. I called the company we get product from and requested special instructions deliver to the house, I guess the end of the driveway constitutes the house now it's "deliver to the front door" We called the company we order from they called priority dispatch who sent the driver back who then tried to sneak the packages up to the house. I didn't get out there until he was almost to his truck I yelled thank you I got a you're wekcome. I was being sarcastic he got in his van and took off. I have requested that they never deliver here again. Lousy customer service, even worse customer relations, to bad another kind of local company I can't support because of piss poor service."

"I worked for this company recently I was there for almost 2 years. Everything was good up until 6 months ago when the Dispatch Manager started to retaliate against me making my job difficult making me feel like less of a person. The company thought this was acceptable to do."
