"If I could give. -10 stars I would. Called at 5:26pm. Asked to be picked up at 6pm .05 miles from where they say they are located. At 6:10 called back to be told I never made a call or request. I had only called 1 number for a cab. He then yells at me. Do NOT use this disrespectful company!"
"Very disappointed. Called the night before to arrange for a 6:45 AM pick up time. Called the service at 6:50 and they said they would be there in five minutes. They were not. Called again and they said they would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Still no show. On my last call, the dispatcher laughed at my situation and hung up. Driver arrived at 7:25 AM."
