"Staff was homophobic and harassed my girlfriend about having a medical marijuana card, despite marijuana being legal for recreational use. Cindy was intensely disrespectful and rude. I hope to god I don’t ever have a reason to come back here."

"The worst. Waited for TWO HOURS for a routine medical test. There were clearly plenty of staff here, not many waiting. I called ahead to make an appointment and was told they didn’t take appointments, but I could come in right away. It would have been nice if they told me it was a 2+ hour wait when I said I would come right in. I was prepared to wait a little bit, but this was completely absurd. They could at least give some update along the way or let you know when checking in that the wait would be this long. People who arrived after me were taken in before me. I finally checked myself with the woman at the desk, and she said I was next, it was still another 30 minutes + after I asked. I know no one probably reads these reviews because it’s a doctor’s office, but if you see this and can avoid this office do yourself a favor and do so."

"I read some (more recent) negative reviews and wasn't sure what to expect but my experience was a mostly positive one. The front staff seemed a little cold, but ended up being very friendly. I had to go in for a physical and it got taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone seemed to be on top of their job and as nice as is normal for people. Not sure what other people experienced but I had very little problems the staff, facility, or appointment making process. I'd go again"

"Okay, so this place isn't bad on doing what needs to be done. However, on two separate occasions I have had to "reschedule" or have had an issue. The first was, I called and asked if I needed certain things before I came to the appointment (flu shot for a physical) they said no. I was pregnant and had the flu shot from my doctor's office... So, when i arrived for my appointment they said I needed proof of the flu shot lol seriously? I asked if they needed any paperwork and they said no. I couldn't even have my OBGYN fax it to them. The second time I called and asked if I needed an appointment for a physical for school. The lady said no....when I got there....they said I needed an appointment. I have to bend over backwards to find child care for stuff like this. I'm on a strict time frame for school....the biggest thing is if you come here you need to double, triple check their policies so you don't get turned away for not having something they need. The only person who knows what they're doing is a nice older woman at the front desk. I don't recall her name, but if you get a hold of her she gives out the correct information. Make you make an appointment people...."

"Waited for one hour for a routine medical test in a sparse waiting room with only a handful of other patients before deciding to leave without being provided the test. The label "urgent" is a significant oxymoron in this case. If at all possible, avoid this urgent care like the plague. In fact, I recommend you go to medical school, graduate with a license and self-diagnose or provide your own treatment because the 8 years that process would take is probably quicker than the turn around time at this Urgent Care. With all that said, the medical assistant in the window was very patient with the number of complaints from the various patients and was extremely apologetic when I indicated that I was leaving. If I could give her alone 5 stars, I most certainly would. The above occurred yesterday without an appointment. Today I arrived with an appointment at 8:15 am, was taken immediately in for my test, and departed quickly thereafter. Excellent service this morning all around. It seems that an appointment is essential in expediting this service. Also, the employees are wonderful and I'm sure the delay I experienced yesterday was the result of not enough staff - which is management."
