"Went in for an appointment with my husband was there for 2 hours. First no one there has MD on their white coats found that strange. Feel like this is a money grab. When we mentioned having to think about spending 10 grant we were pressured to make a decision. Told them this 4 times. Steve I believe was his name just kept talking. My husband asked for his card back and the guy totally ignored him, at this point I had to walk out. My husband came out a few minutes later and Steve followed us all the way to the elevator still pushing us. This place was a JOKE. Not even sure they are doctor."

"4:30 appointment, lots of trouble finding the place. My calls to get answers mysteriously kept dropping. Pretty sure the customer service is off site. No receptionist. One guy in a white lab coat came into the empty waiting room after a minute. He didn't introduce himself, gave me paperwork to fill out and left. I arrived at 4:20, At 4:56, I left, finding my way through the empty hallway to the exit and out the empty waiting room. Never seeing anyone. Don't know if the guy was a doctor but not comfortable with getting help there"
