"I had such a great experience here! I got some vivids done by Vanessa, and they turned out so, so amazing. She was super knowledgeable, and she talked to me for nearly my entire 6 hour appointment! She walked me through the entire process, giving me all the information I needed. The estimate I was given for the service was exactly correct. By the end, I was blown away! The salon itself is incredibly cozy. They give you free water and free coffee, there's Hempz moisturizer galore, and the area where you get your hair washed has a footrest and was very comfy. At the end, they did a photoshoot with a ringlight and everything. I felt super at home there! My only qualm is that the lighting in the main room was kind of unflattering. The best way to describe it is that it casted some weird shadows on my face, especially once it got darker outside. Since it made my face look different, it was kind of hard to tell at first whether or not the hair suited me. But then she curled it, and it was fine, and it looked awesome in normal lighting and everything after. Also, just an fyi: the bathroom lighting is great. Overall, this is probably one of the best salon experiences you can get in our area. I mean, if I stayed there for 6 hours and only had one complaint, I think that's pretty good. And I really have to emphasize again how amazing Vanessa was; we had some really great conversations, and I can't imagine what it would have been like undergoing such a long process without her. She's straight-up cool!"
