"Coming here for my first laser hair removal appt was nerve racking. To spread my lady bits to a person I didn’t know, was uncomfortable for me. I explained how uneasy I was and they were very understanding. They explained/talked to me, step by step of what they were doing..as I’m Convincing myself “they probably seen it all” which made me feel a lot better. From that first appointment on, ive gotten more comfortable. A few treatments in, Im with a new tech, jessica. (New to me, I’m not sure how long she’s been there) She’s very educated about what she’s doing. She remembers me and we talk like we just seen each other yesterday when it’s been a few weeks. Great person and easy to talk to! The 1st tech I’ve had and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful also. All great people! I am HIGHLY satisfied with how treatment is going!I highly recommend this company for laser hair removal needs."

"So very unethical!!!! I would have given them a 5 but after my treatments, they proved to be a very unethical company. I contacted them. I wanted two services. They gave me a price for the two treatments based on the number of UNITS that they said I needed. I had the treatment that I contracted for. I loved the women working there and was happy with my treatments and so far the results are on track. The problem was they estimated that I would need less units than they designed for me for the results I wanted. They will NOT REFUND a the difference of what they said I would need and what their professional person said I needed. $1,500. So, they can tell you it’s going to cost one thing, have you sign a contract saying no refunds, and then refuse to return any monies for services they say you don’t need!!! No matter what you say and to whom you say it. Their stance is “sorry about your luck but you signed a contract saying no refunds”."
