"I've been going here for six months religiously. It was ok. I never felt 100% comfortable or welcomed. And my last visit was horrible. The tec kept hurting my nails when she filed and it made the sides bleed a bit. She acted like it was no big deal. Meanwhile she was watching a video or reading texts from someone. It was just weird. I won't go back."

"Their service is terrible. I pay 140 for a fill with the French tip look and a pedicure was just white toes a young guy did my nails at table number six. He put little acrylic on there and proceeded to sand the majority of it off Night of my nails are real. One is fake so that nail popped off. Two days later I went back they fixed it. It popped off again. I'm not going back again. I went somewhere else. They looked at my nails and said when did you get your nails done? I said 6 days ago. They said he barely put acrylic on your nails. They did not do your nails right at all and if they're doing this to everyone else they're doing it on purpose so people could keep coming back. I proceeded to hear one lady in there complain that her nails have popped off prior to her 2 weeks. Their purposely putting little acrylic on your nails so you keep having to come back to get things fixed or get a feel which out there in Wadsworth then people going to pay that money. They're not going to complain but I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I had never seen nothing like that before ever"

"I visited TK Salon on Monday. It’s Wednesday and my polish has already started to come off my toes and is smooshed together on my big toes. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the lady who did my acrylics on my hands. Thank goodness they mentioned the price of gel polish because it would have been an ADDITIONAL $50 for my nails and toes as gel is $25 extra dollars. I paid $112 for a pedicure and a fill…extremely expensive and unsatisfying."
